One evidence base for the people who have to deliver retrofit
Can this home still be let in 2030?
Private rented homes in England need at least an E today. New tenancies are moving to a minimum of C by 2030. Pick a rating to see where a property stands.

Guidance on EPCs, MEES and retrofit delivery

GreenCollar was founded in 2026 in Slough. Our starting point was a simple problem: councils, landlords and installers were each working from part of the picture. Energy certificates sat in one register, certified installers in another, fuel poverty and deprivation in a third. Nobody could see all of it at once.
We bring those sources together so the people responsible for warmer, cheaper-to-run homes can make decisions from the same evidence. That means showing which homes need work, what the work will cost, who can carry it out and how long it will take with the workforce that exists today.
We are tackling the challenges government has set itself: lifting homes out of the lowest EPC bands, enforcing minimum standards in private lets, reducing fuel poverty and reaching net zero, with a supply chain that has to grow to match.

How we use data
GreenCollar uses public datasets: the EPC Register, the MCS installer register, ONS geography, the English Indices of Deprivation and DESNZ sub-regional fuel poverty statistics. EPC data is used under the Open Government Licence.
Information you add to a workspace, such as a property portfolio, agency profile or follow-up notes, stays in your own browser in this version. We do not sell personal data.
Questions about data can be sent to info@greencollar.io.
